SOCIAL ACCOUNTABILITY POLICY

We at E B Creasy & Co. PLC, BIC & Denta Factory are committed to comply with SA 8000 : 2014  International Standard for Social Accountability and in particular to the following policies.

  • We do not employ persons below eighteen years of age.
  • We do not engage or support the use of forced or compulsory labour.
  • We provide a safe work environment for our Employees by reducing all hazards associated with work and take effective steps to prevent potential health and safety risks.
  • We recognize employees’ rights on freedom of association and right to collective bargaining.
  • We do not engage in or support employee discrimination based on race, national or territorial or social origin, caste, birth, religion, disability, gender, sexual orientation, family responsibilities, marital status, union membership, political opinions, age or any other condition that could give rise to discrimination.
  • We do not practice or promote disciplinary action against employees which is illegal.
  • We comply with national legislative requirements and regulations relating to working hours of employees.
  • We pay wages to every employee in compliance with industry norms and minimum legal requirements including discretionary income.
  • We are also committed to comply with all national laws and other applicable international laws such as ILO Convention, Universal Declaration of Human Rights, The International Convent on Civil and Political Rights, The United Nations Convention as applicable and continually improve our processes to meet with above requirements.



HEALTH & SAFETY POLICY

We at E B Creasy & Co. Plc, BIC & Denta Factory are committed to provide a safe work environment to prevent injury and ill health resulting from the work to all who work for our organization.

 To meet this objective we are committed to: 

  • Establish and maintain an Occupational Health and Safety Management System ·complying with OHSAS 18001 : 2007 international standards.
  • Create safety awareness throughout the organization.
  • Comply with legal and regulatory requirements and Continually improve safe working standards through periodic review of safety measures and performances.



ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY

We at E B Creasy & Co. PLC, BIC & Denta Factory shall voluntarily endeavour to protect the environment and natural resources.

To meet with this objective we are committed to: 

  • Identify continuously the impact on the environment from our processes and activities, 
  • Set objectives and targets in respect of environmental Concerns and review them at planned intervals, 
  • Comply with all the relevant legislations, regulations and other requirements. 
  • Continually improve our EMS system complying with ISO 14001:2015 international Standard to prevent pollution.
