S.D.R. Arudprasagam - FCMA(UK) Chairman/Joint Managing Director

S.D.R. Arudprasagam was appointed to the board in 1988and as managing director in 1989. He serves as the chairman of several subsidiaries of the Colombo Fort Land & Building PLC (CFBL) and Lankem Ceylon PLC in addition to serving on the Boards of other Companies within the CFBL group. Mr Arudprasagam is a Fellow of the Charted Institute of Management Accountants (UK)

S. Rajarathnam - (Bsc., CA) Joint Managing Director

Mr S. Rajarathnam has been part of our Board since 2006 and holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from the  Boston College, U.S.A. as well as being a member of the Institute of Charted Accountants in Australia. His experience working with international businesses in the field of finance brings something special.

R.C.A. Welikala - Executive Director

Mr R.C.A. Welikala was appointed to the Board in the year 2000. He has extensive experience in marketing of fast moving consumer goods and has successfully developed key brands in the E.B. Creasy Group to market leadership positions. He also holds other Directorships within the Colombo Fort Land and Building Group.

R.N. Bopearatchy - BSc. (Cey.), Dip. BM, MBA (Univ. of Col.) – Director

Mr R.N. Bopearatchy was appointed to the board in the year 2000. He has considerable expertise in product development, manufacture and marketing of pesticides, pharmaceuticals and consumer products. Soon after graduation he was employed in Research in the Plant Technology Division of the Tea Research Institute and subsequently joined Chemical Industries Colombo limited and was appointed to its Board.He also served on the Boards of Crop Management Services (Pvt) Ltd., CIC Fertiliser Ltd. and Cisco Speciality Packaging (Pvt) Limited. He has help office as the Chairman of the Pesticide Association of Sri Lanka and the International Mosquito Spiral Manufactures Association. Mr R.N. Bopearatchy serves as a Director in several Companies in the Colombo Fort Land and Building Group.

P.M.A.Sirimane – FCA, MBA – Director

Mr P.M.A.Sirimane joined the E.B. Creasy Group in October, 2009 and was appointed to the Board in November, 2009 . Amongst the other senior positions he has functioned as the Managing Director/CEO of Mercantile Leasing Ltd., Group Finance Director of United Tractor and Equipment Ltd., Chief Financial Officer, Sri Lanka Telecom Ltd. And Director SLT Hong Kong Ltd. He has served as a member of several Committees of the Institute of Charted Accountants of Sri Lanka and was an ex-oficio member of the International Leasing Association.. Mr Sirimane serves on the boards of some of the subsidiaries of the E.B. Creasy Group. He also serves several Directorships. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Charted Accountants of Sri Lanka and also holds a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Swinburne,Victoria Australia.

S. W. Gunawardena – BSc., MBA – Director

S.W. Gunewardana has been with the Board of Directors since the year 2014. He has a host of experiences on leading businesses both in Sri Lanka and abroad along with working as the Head of the Home Care Division.

He also holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Colombo and a Masters in Business Administration from the Postgraduate Insitute of Management, University of SriJayewardanapura.
